About Kinder Academy
Kinder Academy was founded in 1994 for families who wanted a high-quality structured pre-school program with the convenience of daycare hours. It is currently a 4-Star rated Keystone Stars facility serving over 400 families through five Northeast Philadelphia locations.
The Challenge
As a growing network of pre-schools, Kinder Academy needed a phone system that could scale with their expansion while providing enterprise-grade features typically only available to large organizations. They needed reliable communication between sites, emergency paging capabilities, and the flexibility to support staff whether they were in classrooms, offices, or outdoor play areas.
The ReachDial Solution
In 2016, ReachDial implemented a VoIP solution at Kinder Academy's largest location which included a dozen classrooms, offices, and community spaces. Since then, ReachDial has replaced existing phone systems at other Kinder Academy sites and continues to deploy the VoIP platform at each new site Kinder opens.
